Does Clade Essentials accept insurance or Medicare?

Clade Essentials does not bill insurance companies or Medicare directly, and we are unable to accept insurance as payment at checkout.

All orders must be paid at the time of purchase using an approved payment method, such as a credit card, debit card, PayPal, or another available checkout option.

After your order is placed, you may be able to submit your receipt or order invoice to your insurance provider or Medicare for possible reimbursement.
